Impressence Red Italian Bitter Aperitif contains bitter chinotto elements with a citrusy flavor and some spice-forward notes, like clove and cinnamon. Best served straight over ice, or mixed into a Negroni cocktail.

Add entire 50mL contents of Impressence – Red Italian Bitter Aperitif Spirit Flavouring sachet to a 800mL of 40% ABV alcohol. Dissolve 315g of sugar in the flavoured spirit and top up to 1.25L with water.

This will give you a final product of 25% ABV and 25% sugar.
